Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Attendance Policy 1. Payment & Booking Confirmation All bookings must be paid in advance to be confirmed 2. Capacity Classes have limited capacity Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis A waitlist may be available 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Must be made at least 24 hours in advance Late cancellations result in loss of the session 4. No-Shows Failure to attend without cancellation results in full session forfeiture. 5. Late Arrivals More than 10 minutes late = entry may be refused Session will be forfeited 6. Studio Cancellations If the Studio cancels a class, clients will receive a credit or rescheduled session. 7. Exceptional Circumstances Exceptions (e.g. medical reasons) may be granted: With supporting documentation At the sole discretion of the Studio Not guaranteed Packages & Memberships 1. General Policy All purchases are final. 2. Validity & Expiry Packages are valid for a fixed period from purchase date Unused sessions expire and will be forfeited A grace period may be granted at the Studio’s discretion 3. Non-Transferable & Non-Shareable Packages are strictly personal Cannot be transferred or shared 4. Non-Refundable All purchases are non-refundable, including unused sessions. 5. Extensions May be granted only: For medical reasons With documentation At the Studio’s sole discretion 6. Studio Closure The Studio reserves the right to temporarily close (including holidays or maintenance). 7. Misuse Any misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund. Force Majeure 1. The Studio is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including: Cyclones or extreme weather Government restrictions Where possible, credits or extensions may be offered. Terms & Conditions 1. Health Declaration By attending classes, you confirm that: You are medically fit to participate or have obtained appropriate medical clearance You will inform the Studio of any injury, medical condition, or pregnancy prior to participation 2. Assumption of Risk Participation in Pilates involves physical activity and inherent risks. Clients voluntarily accept full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur. 3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under Mauritian law, Rivage Doré Pilates, its owners, and instructors shall not be held liable for: Personal injury sustained during classes Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings Technical issues related to payments
